Northeast Las Vegas Nevada

Hot Dogs
Another recent evening vender to the Northeast Las Vegas food scene the mobile Hot Dog stand, a busy street, a closed business preferable with an outside power connection and the Hot Dog stand is in business, grilled to order, chili, melted cheese, or the regular American condiments like mustard, relish or catsup, along with green chilies. Here in this photo the last customer has just departed and the proprietor has just grabbed his own dinner as he stares at the news as his assistant grills a few more dogs, with tempertures in the low 40's and 30's this stand will remain open till well past midnight and sometimes 2 or 3 am.
Moving from lovatioon to location rarely staying at the same location more than a few days before moving else where and then returning.
Along Nellis Blvd there were four of these stands along six miles of highway.
