Fontana PD, Newpoint and Beverly Hills Police Department follow vehicle line up. The speakers on the roof are to orivde music to the runner in front of the vehicle (some times fighting music, rap, pop) what ever motivates the indivdual runner. The Antennas are for Ham radio communication with other team members and Ham radio controller along the race route. The amber light is to ear mark the vehicle during evening and to give approaching drivers a gauge of the slow vehicle in front of them.
