After hitting a drunk driver who backed his vehicle on to the railroad tracks and was unable to get off the tracks. This train now sits in the middle of the intersection waiting for police to arrive. The driver survived the impact ,was able to drive his damage vehicle now back on a hard surface and get a few blocks away before being stopped by police.
Damage to the vehicle all glass broken out, four flat tires, no headlights, driver side door removed just to name a few.
