Any chance these are the "Big Guns" who used to shoot over the top of the Seabee chow hall next door to the 101st and scare the hell out of us? I was down below at the Seabee's EM club when the first 122 mm rocket hit the "big gun" on the hill. The rest of the rockets walked through the MCB#8 camp adding myself and an unremembered friend to the list of the wounded. Is their any chance you or any one else you have contact with might be able to help me document the attack and the date. My best guess is March 27th 1968. After 39 years and I get hit again PTSD.
