Hazmat in Leominster,MA ,2 workers were sent to Leominster,Health Alliance Hospital Wednesday morning Oct 3,2007.A forklift driver punctured a plastic drum with a acid chemical in it used for soldering. Leominster Fire was called to the loading dock on Mill,Street at around 7:15AM in the morning. C4,E3,E4,L1,Heavy Rescue and R2 responded to the scene. The State District 6 Hazmat Team was called in to help neutralize the acid. Leominster Police Dept,Leominster Emergency Management,and D.P.W. also assisting at the scene.
