The crew of a Coast Guard motor life boat probably got more than they bargained for when an unusually large wave hit them during practice maneuvers in Morro Bay California.
It was scary for me, on the shore, I can imagine how it was for them; however, I believe all are fine, including the boat.

Simply amazing that the crew wasn't swept overboard or simply tossed into the sea as their boat pitched vertical like this. They must be chained to the deck. Great catch of an incredible ride.
