Took in the Indians-Orioles baseball game in Cleveland this afternoon and it was
a good opportunity to bring along the "Ezi" and try for some shots like this.

Great shot, Vic. It's nice to see people still using that wonderful camera. I don't use mine often enough. Gotta love that Ezi.

It was a bit overcast at that moment, Mike, and 1/800th was as fast as I could shoot at wide-open aperature (f3.5) without bumping up to ISO 200.

And nice timiing too - you got it right when the ball hit the bat. Any reason for 1/800s shutter speed? 2000 would have frozen that nicely.

Infield box seats, Mike, about ten rows up from a little beyond third base. Brought my 1.5X teleconvertor just in case, but full Ezi zoom proved just right.
