No, this shot is straight out of the camera. The only modification was the resize. I took this shot freehand while leaning my back against the bumper of my truck.

Why would there be noise? If you look at the EXIF data, it's a very short exposure, at ISO 100. I'd be very disappointed if any camera displayed noise at these exposure settings.
