An Osprey perched on her nest with her young.

I took this shot while on an environmental tour boat from Ocean City, MD to Assateague Island. We were told that this nest weighs in at over 200lb. The Female Osprey was feeding her young.

I used my new TCON-17 for this shot.

We are originally from Nova Scotia. On my way to work, I passed two nests. I had no idea they would weigh this much. Thanks for sharing. Vera
