You've succeeded with a very difficult subject. Not only is blur usually a problem but the contrast between the sky and the birds' detail is often very harsh. Full marks for getting all those right Liz.

I agree, having taken many a blurry pic of flocks of birds. You did a great job with this one.
Makes me want to keep on trying. Details of the wings is wonderful.
