Gary Martin

On my late morning walk today, I came upon a man whistling at something. As I was near a farm I thought it was the farmer training his sheepdog. Imagine my delight when I discovered it was a man exercising his Harris Hawk. This hawk is not a native of the UK but Arizona. The hawk was bred in captivity. I have a few more photos of it in my Jan 03 gallery.
