You may want to make sure whether or not the City (Rob?!) will allow the relatively dangerous "sticking-out" rail over the stairs!!!!! The young Jason said, "Don't you like it?" I assume Mr. Rankin was ok w/ it, too..... I guess MY STANDARD is diffferent from those people.... IF kids are running aroud, they will hit their heads those stick-outs, for 100% sure!! Even me!!!!
