Spend the day at ER. DVT, deep vein tromboses (at least itīs called that in Swedish) in my left leg.
Had to wait for the radiolgy-doc for five hours, the ultrasound showed tromboses.
And I might have some in the lungs too, kind of short of breath on dogwalks.
So, rat-poison (Warfarin) for six months and I have to take shots with some other anti-coagulant until the blood is nice and runny, a week or so.
Thereīs plenty of fat on my tummy to take those shots, a bit tricky with just one hand though.
So, whatīs next on the schedule?
Short of breath, something like musclecramps in your leg and a thick/numb leg = might be tromboses.
The doc will call me tomorrow when they have decided if I need some more tests to figure out what caused all this.
And I have to wear this tag as long as Iīm on Warfarin.
