I noticed your "sepia," images and really like the technique. I too have the Digital Rebel and am drawn to that "old," look. What is your process of getting this look? I've used PS, colorized in the hue/saturation tool, and then moved the hue to about -40 and the saturation to -20. Any tips you can suggest would be a great help.
