Nice image. Not sure which I like more. I like the touch of blue added by the color version but the B&W has a nice feel to it.

It's a great minimalist composition, which carries both pictures. I prefer the coloured one, but that's personal; I always prefer colour. Very well done.

I like them both. I think the b&w looks more desolate (message yesterday). The color version looks more ominous with the blue-grey meeting the snow horizon.

Desolation in color is still desolation, but it makes a better picture.The blue adds greatly.

Both are excellent but I prefer the colour here: the companion wider angle image "Not typical spring" posted yesterday was very effective in b&w.
