Last night the girls were playing with a balloon :)

Got an unpaid commission today.....

Helen is doing A-level PE together with Carl. Carl is a super
multi-event athlete and Helen's cousin. Helen is doing a course work
piece on coaching and throwing javelin.... no problem Dad will
take some pictures :)
