We held the annual solo competition and BBQ today.
Fantastic afternoon. the first with me conducting (6 months now!).

Why this photo - well I didn't take many, being kind of busy. But
it sums up where we are with the band - just look at how many people
are in the kitchen cleaning up after the event! Fantastic. It's really building into
a great team!
