- 18th August 2005 - solar power

Christopher's got an apprenticeship. He started this week, and I drop him off on the way to work. It's with a grounds maintenance company - he's specialising in sports turf. The only problem is they start at 6.55am. This shot is from the drive of the farm they are based at! I'm impressed by such an early PaD so expect you to be!!

Nipped out for some fresh air at lunchtime. Tried to get some shots around the Manchester Ship canal at Runcorn, but access is tricky. Anyway this is the Old Quay Bridge, the last swing bridge before the canal passes under the Runcorn Bridge...

and a view of the Runcorn bridge from the Old Quay Bridge :)

They look like they're marching off into the fog. Lovely morning shot. I'm impressed. :)

Is always a good feeling when a PaD is in the bag (or camera!) early. Love the misty colours.

I can't look at pylons any more without thinking of the npower(?) advert that brought them to life.

Nice shot - a bit late in the day though (LOL)
