There is a demographic within the UK that politicians ignore at their peril... Ukelele fanatics. I've managed to avoid them in the main, although we do have an active enclave in the village. But for Xmas I was bought this very fine UK Ukelele (thanks Helen and Allen) and I am beginning to understand the appeal... they're addictive, be warned. Seriously schools should consider them instead of guitars for kids to learn on. They are so easy to get a tune out of! Don't believe me, give it a try, checkout the Ukelele Orchestra of Great Britain - they tour the world!
Right off to learn the secret handshake and the password.... off to Bristol tomorrow to discuss some potential new business :)
