[ Making the focuser baseplate fit to a smaller tube ]

I made a small adapter in molded glassfiber (plastic padding) to
make the focuser baseplate fit better to the R200SS tube that has a
outside diam. of only 232mm. The original OO AG 200 is 250mm.
