The London Eye is a huge ferris wheel across the River Thames (pronounced 'tems'). Although I decided not to spend 9 pounds (approx. $13)and wait on an incredibly long line to do this, I did wander over. The view you are seeing shows the river, bridge, Parliament, "Big Ben" and no pigeons!
