25th January is Burns Night, when the Scots worldwide celebrate
the life and poetry of Scotland's best known poet.
Haggis is traditionally served at the dinner, led in by a piper,
and there is Robbie Burns himself (or a clone of him at least)
looking on.
I have always been rather afraid of eating haggis, but my mother
told me to eat it today, she is Scottish and she loves it, so I tried
it for her and have to admit that it did taste VERY good!
