Ceci is right. When you convert a photograph to digi-art, you are changing reality to fantasy, and often abstracting the image in the process, which, in turn, becomes suggestion, rather than description.

This is very lovely and effective, Monique, with rough pastels giving this macro shot a real sense of power and motion. It's funny, when you take away the "reality" of a photo, you transform the image into suggestion, and in this case, it is immediate and strong. Good for you!
