The Elks were a 2010 Lottery League band that consisted of. Nate Scheible, Matt Jauch, Greg Miller, Chris Rood + Lou Muenz (me). Outside of Greg, I knew all these men previously. Greg sorta became our de facto leader and insisted that I not only be the documentarian of the band, which was my plan, but perform as a musician as well. Long story short, I ended up playing the Theremin and performed with the other guys on stage at the Beachland Ballroom for the ‘Big Show’. There are a couple vids on YouTube of our set and my 'Thereming' wasn’t as awful as I imagined it would be. The rest of the band sounded great and Matt performed on stage with a broken leg.
