Frank Giglio W. 14th Estates Cleveland OH -March 1, 2024 When it comes to neighborhood conundrums, Frank always ranked at the top in Tremont. After being served with a 11 year sentence last summer, for someone his age, there’s doubts he'll ever see the light of day. I knew Frank for a long time and would often walk away, shaking my head. A drive by shooting is egregious and I'm not sure if he was trying to frighten someone but it is fortunate no-one was hit. As someone that is not a stranger to mental health issues (theres a reason I haven't bought a gun), I hope he is getting help and wonder why that wasn't considered when making him ineligible for early release. No doubt guns are a huge problem in this country but mental health issues seem to steer most of these gun crimes..
