My husband's G-grandfather, Charles G. W. Parkins and GG-grandfather John B. Parkins worked for the Illinois RR in Council Hill and Galena, Illinois during the late 1800's and early 1900's. They were telegraph operators and agents. Would it be possible to obtain a copy of The Illinois Central Depot at Galena photograph for their family tree that I am working on? Thank-you for your time. My great-grandfather, Adam Westmaas, worked on the railroad in Galena, Ill from 1857 until approximately 1861. He also worked as a custodian in a Catholic Church in Galena. Do you know of anyway to find a list of past employees??
