Top view of coupler pad for P2K SD9 #3. The pad assembly is notched to allow for long hood mounting tabs to still fit..

Fellow Modeler, Elizabeth Allen by contrast chose not to retain the mounting tabs on the long hood (or short hood for that matter). Thus.. no need in her case to notch the coupler pad assembly like I did. Do as ya see fit!
