Wednesday and Thursday at Glastonbury are the days when I take my camera and go exploring and with so much more of the site being up & running before the punters arrived this year I was able to capture far more than usual in a pristine & litter-free state. There seemed to be much more going on in the Greenfields than usual and even more effort put into the tremendous decoration of the site.

As far as the weird and wonderful goings on in Shangri-La, Trash City and Arcadia are concerned I’m just totally in awe of the people whose imagination & commitment go into creating such other-wordly atmospheres and I hope that some of my images of these places encourage those who only ever herd through these areas each night at 2am to spend a little more time there in future years.
