This is my friend Roy McClure from Idaho helping me move into an apartment in Ledyard, Connecticut. We would be attending Submarine School in Groton before ship assignments. Sub School is more of a physical phase for psychological testing, damage control classes, emergency escape practice and physicals. Submarines are voluntary but testing is rigorous.
