I was coming back from St. Helens, OR, along the highway following the Columbia River, looking for interesting things to photograph. Unfortunately, the only thing to really stick up was a little herd of cows. I took a shot with the 5D and 24-70, but they were too far away so I grabbed the 1D3 with the 100-400 and 1.4x TC for the rest.
