Critter Lake IV: this Time I Got Serious

Today I went back to Critter Lake: not just to get the same old shots, though. This time I was fully armed, with my Canon 300 f/2.8L lens, my Canon 2X Teleconverter, and my tripod. I wanted to get the best shot of the Blue Heron I could get. Note: most of these images are with the 300mmX2 setup. But, the Blue Heron didn't show, so I was stuck with ducks, geese, and other birds!

The problem was, the Blue Heron didn't show! I did, though, get pictures of geese and ducks that this combination of hardware made possible...
