Barry Parnel Memorial, 2 12 2012

Barry Parnel was a young 29-year-old man who had made a lot of friends here in Vancouver.

Recently one night he was mistaken as a prowler and was gunned down in the nearby town of La Center, WA.

On Sunday February 12, friends and family held a memorial for Barry at a nearby Moose Lodge in the little town of Dollars Corner, WA.

I had a camera, but the little hall was so crowded I wasn't able to take many photos! Later a group of his friends met at a place where they did get together for group pic.

Thanks for the sympathy! I had two friend die within a couple weeks of each other, so this was the first of two memorials I was at in February!

Thank you Tony; for taking the pictures at Barry's gig. I still think Mary needs to have a wall of shame created at the pub. We all have known a lot of people that have come and gone in our little oasis. Again I love the pics, and will let others know where to find them. I found them by typing in Barry Parnel on GOOGLE.
