I got off work early today due to the fires. I know the last couple of days my PAD has been kinda lame. So today I thought I would try and get close to the fires or at least see some of the devastation. Well, of course I couldn’t get close enough. So my next thought was to show some beauty among the devastation. I went to the city center to see if there were any folks hanging out and caught these two lovers seemingly oblivious to the fires, good for them!

Well caught, Tony! I too, like candids, but have not had captured this kind of lovers shot yet. I'm actually a bit shy about taking candids in my own town, so go to neighbouring ones for that! Anyway, who said these two were away from the 'fire' ;-)
