I just got back from teaching my 16 year old son how to drive his 1972 VW supper beatle (stick). I needed this glass of wine and didn't have a photo to share so this is it.

Very neat light in this picture. Looks like a nice comfy evening. However, look at the thumbnail and tell me if you can see how it looks like your face is leaning over perhaps looking at your wrist. The wine glass somehow makes your eyes and your nose. Am I nuts? I had to look at it for a while to figure it out.

This is great. It's warm, the wine looks good, and it's part of a story. The one thing I keep telling myself through this project is that the photo doesn't have to be "art" to be worthy of "photo a day", it's a captured moment. This is a great moment.
