This woman, at first glance, appears to be a very enthusiastic fan dancing to the music. Actually, she's signing for the benefit of hard of hearing members of the audience. There were two women sharing this responsibility throughout all the bands. They worked very hard and stood unprotected in the rain. They are to be commended.
