My Grandma Killed one. My little cousin and younger brother stepped right over one.
She smashed it's head in!!!! She made me look up to see if its bites are fatial. NO ONE GOT BIT!!

Is the other snake in the picture a king snake cause I just caught a baby snake that looks a lot like that

no the snake is not poisonous even though it might try to bite though
