Day 10: Leaving Tharepati (3510m), we travelled to the area of Helambu which is populated by Sherpas. We trekked downhill initially to reach Melamchigaon (2530m) for lunch, and then we had to go up and down the hill after lunch with our tired legs to reach Tarke Gyang (2590m).
