Looking at all your web photos, I don't have to wonder why you are in this business for the last two decades. The magic of colors really evolves with stunning clarity if the photographer has the eye for it: composition, perspective, angles. This particular photo is eye-dazzling. If the background can only be made blurry so that all eyes are directed to the main subject, this would have been a shot for the book. Then again, this is one the drawbacks of this Olympus digital camera (I have one, too)where you can't screw in a telephoto lens. Good news, there are so many photo-enhancing programs that will take care of such miss. Examples: Photo Suite and Photo Explosion.
