My father is moving into an assisted living facility. He has to downsize his collection of "stuff," so he gave me a box of old photos. In addition to the old wooden cigar box holding many of the really old pictures, was a drugstore envelope containing a bunch of prints. Plum Brothers was located on the Boardwalk opposite Steeplechase Pier in Atlantic City, New Jersey. One of the suggestions inside the envelope on taking better pictures stated:

"DON'T expect to get good results from snaps taken before 9 A.M. or after 5 P.M., even if the sun is shinning."
