A great gallery. I have special interest since I worked on the SRB's while I was with ATK (it was then called Thiokol). I was asked to spend six months at the Cape, but was unable to because of family conflicts. I did however view four static firings of the SRB's all during the day except for the last test at night. One cannot imagine how bright the SRB's are because of the powdered aluminum used in the propellant. ~v~
