Shearing Shed

I went to Cowra, south of Sydney,
last week with a friend.
We went out of town to where
she had grown up. On the way
back, I spotted this interesting
group of buildings (or what is left of them).

Again, thanks Pete.
I love the rural backwaters for their
charm.

A great find and looks like a wonderful farm back in its day.
Good colours in your present day shot

This place looks a whole lot like middle Tennessee. Very nicely composed...

Just as one imagines the out back farm to be, good shot

Dears Sally,
We seldom have a problem as any water drains through sand and into wetlands.
Take care.

How did you go with the floods Elaine?
I had waves surging over the bank right up and through my annexe. All well now!

A lovely rural scene with the old buildings, windmill and
ubiquitous eucalypts.
