This barge is new to Lake Havasu this year. Looks like the makings of a big party!

You might notice that the water in the lake is extremely low. They are repairing Parker Dam, which is located about 30 miles downstream on the Colorado River. They opened up the dam, which dropped the water level down about 4 feet in the lake. The repair is slated to take 2 months, so boating on Lake Havasu hampered.
