1146 people signed up to line dance on the London Bridge in Lake Havasu City, Arizona on Sunday. This was a charity event, but the idea was to make the Guinness Book of World Record as the largest line dance. I was down below, so could not get photos of individuals dancing the Electric Slide. The bridge was closed to traffic for 45 minutes while the organized event took place.
The London Bridge is already in the Guinness Book of World Records as the worlds largest antique. It was sold to Robert McCulloch for 2.4 million and it cost 7 million more to have it shipped and re-assembled in Lake Havasu City. The bridge, which was originally built in 1831, re-opened in LHC in October of 1971.
