Palm

Havasu City, California

I was standing on the dock in Havasu City, California. The second strip of water in the photo is actually 3 miles across. That is Lake Havasu City, Arizona at the base of the mountain. The sun was setting behind me.

How interesting. l didn't realize that there are two cities,
one in each state. Fascinating photo.

Marvelous composition, Cindy.
The light there was amazing.
The old glass is really doing well in your hands...

Thanks Pete, Andrea and Jeff.
Jeff, Yes, I love photographing lone trees.
Andrea. The dividing line between California and Arizona (here at Lake Havasu City) is in the river. It is a 75 mile drive over to this dock from LHC because it is desert and there are not many bridges across the river.

Well Done Cindy! Great lighting, I see that you can't
pass up a tree shot either! :)
