This gateway is in the village of Tangbe on the way to Chhusang from Kagbeni. There are a couple of chortens on either side and it is possible that the room above the gateway houses a prayer wheel. In Upper Mustang, you can find prayer wheels standing in their own building (painted red ochre) or in a room above the gateway as here.
