From Tangbe we had to climb high again before dropping down to Chhusang.The Kali Gandaki is about a kilometre wide here. The fields of Chhusang can be seen jutting into the river bed in the distance with the "organ pipes" above them on the left. The trail goes down to the river and then climbs over a very nasty crumbling path above a sharp right-hand bend in the river.
