Criteria:
- 3 bases (or undeveloped focus areas on existing terrain project boards)
- Bases must be coherent in theme, style and genre
- Minimum base/focus area size 1" square/diameter, no maximum limit

Examples:
- Main base and 2 supporting bases (bridge and 2 river sections or Sawmill, 2 wood piles or Crane, dock, and cargo bases for recent examples)
- 3 bases of equal emphasis (3 bases of swampland or a bunker, supply depot and barracks)

Voting:
- emphasis on coherency of pieces
- craftsmanship of pieces in accordance with skill rank
