This bird is in nearly full breeding plumage, with just a few gray non-breeding feathers remaining. It was with other birds of the same species, one of which showed no sign of molt, and another -- possibly the bird shown in my picture http://www.pbase.com/tgrey/image/93752270 from a few days ago -- that was well-started but much less far along.
