I'd call this bird a Cooper's without hesitation. It's got a flat head, a pale nape contrasting wtth a darker back, and pretty heavy legs. Can't see the breast streaking well enough to really comment on that. Tail looks more Sharpie-like, but tough to say at this angle and it could be a function of feather wear anyway.
