Took this one not with the 20D and 500, but with my old 300D and 300/4 -- used the smaller lens to crawl close to a flock of Sanderlings on the beach, then caught this shot when they flew away.

Love it! These flocks of peeps are fun to photograph and there are usually a few surprises hiding amongst them.
